Ripening technology

A.R.T. is a microprocessor controlled fully automated technology of fruits, especially bananas ripening in a thermal insulated gas tight box. In the box temperature and ethylene concentration are controlled so that bananas are ripe in an adjustable term and thereafter kept at the optimal warehousing tempetarture.

For less exacting cases the ethylene generator GENET is delivered.
