Infrared analyzers of the A.I.R. series operate on the advanced principle of semiconductor detection of infrared radiation and their software eliminates interfering effects of particular components in the mixture measured. Software for PC statistical and graphic processing of the entire measurement and software for on-line operation are part of the delivery. The AIR analysers find universal applications in industrial measurement of concentrations of different substances and special applications such as measurement of flue-gas emissions, measurement of CO and CO2 and control of combustion processes, measurement of landfill gases, biogas etc. The analysers are general-purpose usable for both industrial and laboratory purposes. In all cases they are "taylor made" according to the needs of the customer.
AIR LF is an infrared analyser of the AIR series, intended for analysis of landfill gases and biogas. For this purpose it is equipped for measurement of methane, carbon dioxide and oxygen concentrations and optionally it may be complemented with sulfane measurement. The methane and carbon dioxide measuring is based on the infrared principle, for oxygen and sulfane the electrochemical sensors are used. The analyser is delivered in the portable, desktop, wall-mount or 19" design.
AIR LF portable
Analyzátor of landfill gases and biogas in the portable version. Unlike the standard version it is not equipped with the hydrogen sulphide measurement and with the needle valve for the gas intake from overpressure. The power supply from an accumulator enables 8 hours of the independent operation.
Under the make AIR XX one-component analysers are delivered that are produced according to the special customer's requirements. It is possible to chose the type of communication, display, concentration range and components to be measured. By default CO, CO2, NO, SO2 and organics are offered, other compounds after the consultation.
The gas treatment unit AIR GTU serves to the dew-point reduction to +5°C and dust particles removal.
is the auxiliary equipment to the analyzer AIR LF for the measuring of hydrogen, ammonia or carbon monoxide. It works on the electrochemical principle and is connected to the output from the sulphane measuring. The concentration measured is displayed on the LED-display and led out as the active current lop 4-20 mA.
