Water sensing

Transmitters of chemical properties of water consist of the measuring element (special electrode) and transformer which converts the electrode’s signal into the current output 4-20 mA. The electrodes are placed in a flow well or they can be submerged right into water that is to be measured.

The power supply as well as the current output are connected via the connector DIN 43650.

All settings and communication proceed in a simple dialogue mode by means of the push-buttons and display on the front panel.

 WT pH

The transmitter WT pH is intended for the measuring of the pH value in water in the range of 3 to 10. As the measuring element a glas electrode is applied, the potential of which is in the microprocessor unit evaluated and transformed into the current output 4-20 mA. The actual pH value is dispayed on the LED-display.

 WT Rdx

The transmitter WT Rdx is intended for the measuring of the redox potential in water in the range of 0 to 999 mV. As the measuring element a platinum electrode is applied, the potential of which is in the microprocessor unit evaluated and transformed into the current output 4-20 mA. The actual value is dispayed on the LED-display.

WT Cnd

The transmitter WT Cnd is intended for the measuring of water conductivity in the ranges of  0 - 200 μS/cm, 0 – 2000 μS/cm or 0 – 10 mS/cm. As the measuring element a special electrode is applied, the potential of which is in the microprocessor unit evaluated and transformed into the current output 4-20 mA. The actual value is dispayed on the LED-display.

WT NH

The transmitter WT NH is intended for the measuring of ammonium ions concentration in water in the range up to 100 mg/l. As the measuring element a special electrode is applied, the potential of which is in the microprocessor unit evaluated and transformed into the current output 4-20 mA. The actual value is dispayed on the LED-display.

WT Cl

The transmitter WT Cl is intended for the measuring of free or total chlorine in water. The basic measuring range 0 - 1 mg/l can be increased to 0 - 2 mg/l. As the measuring element as standard the pressurefree electrode is applied, the potential of which is in the microprocessor unit evaluated and transformed into the current output 4-20 mA. The actual value is dispayed on the LED-display.
On request a pressure electrode can be applied which enables to merge the probe into the pressure up to 6 bar.
